Based on parameters determined by your corporate needs we research the market and present potential and available sites; we review and analyze sites with you; we help identify acquisition issues, determine terms for negotiation and represent you in the negotiations. Commissions are usually paid by the seller. However, there may be fees and other costs to your company.
